Wake up this morning with a bright, easy, hatha yoga class that will linger all day! This class will open your hips and hamstrings, and release your spine and shoulders. The class builds to variations on triangle pose. There are also some great core strengthening exercises, invigorating breath practices to energize you for the day and a fun forward fold sequence to round out the class.
